A yoga nidra
A yoga nidra (approx. 15 min.) written by N Bonte Studio. The theme is: recharging and energy
Yoga nidra helps to rest. In addition, people sometimes use it to get a clearer picture of what they want to focus on in the coming period or as inspiration for a creative project, for example.
It is accessible to everyone because you only need to lie down or sit and listen to the nidra.

Handmade in the Netherlands with 100% natural ingredients, certified vegan and cruelty-free
Choice of two scents:
– Wild Flower
This body bar smells wonderfully fresh to spring, with scents of geranium and grapefruit.
Geranium essential oil is known for its soothing, calming and relaxing properties. The beautiful color comes from pink clay, also known as rose clay. Pink clay is suitable for all skin types, but is especially well suited for dry and sensitive skin. It gives a very light form of scrub, leaving your skin wonderfully soft.
– Most Sensitive
Suitable for those with very sensitive skin or children. No smell and no color; just the mild base recipe packed with delicious oils and butters, and oatmeal: in fact, oatmeal is super healthy for your skin!
Suitable for both face and body.
Kaolin clay gently purifies the skin, absorbing excess sebum and refining pores.

Due to direct digital access, it is not possible to receive a refund for the nidra (visualization).
Orders are sent out twice a week. Delivery time depends on your location.

The box is sent in recyclable and environmentally conscious packaging. A plastic sleeve is used to protect your precious print from waterdamage (rain etc.). These are made from recyclable plastic.
