When you purchase a product/service, we ask for your last name, street address, country and telephone number in addition to your first name and email address. We ask for your street address, zipcode and country to prepare your invoice properly and send you the products. We need this information to be able to proof to the EU governement, that you are a real person with an existing residence. We ask for your telephone number to be able to speak to you personally for support regarding the delivery of the service or product or to schedule appointments for the delivery of our training courses, programs or services.If your company is located outside the Netherlands, we ask for your VAT number so that we can transfer the VAT.
We always use a secure payment environment for your order. In order to make payment and invoicing possible, we send your payment details directly from our secure payment environment to the payment service provider of your choice.We don’t store financial information.
